Manny gets a call from Mr. Chu, the Principal of Sheet Rock Hills Elementary school where he calls Manny that a ladder rung from a jungle gym is broken and a boy named Alejandro is stuck on top as it is up to Rusty to save him and conquer his fear of heights.
